Meredith obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then worked as a pediatric oncology nurse at Children’s of Alabama for several years before attending Samford University where she obtained her master’s degree in nursing and national certification as a family nurse practitioner. She went on to work in the specialties of pain management as well as internal medicine prior to beginning her career in medical oncology. In 2021 she became an Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. With over five years of experience taking care of a wide variety of cancers and blood disorders, Meredith understands the importance of a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner.
